Children policy
Bandy Canyon Ranch prioritizes the safety and enjoyment of all guests, including children. To ensure this, the following supervision guidelines must be adhered to –
- Children under 12: Must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult (18+) at all times.
- Children 12-16: May explore independently but must have a parent/guardian on the premises and reachable at all times.
- Pool Area: No lifeguard on duty. Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult.
Creek and Trails: Due to wildlife and natural hazards, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Behavior and Safety:
- Parents/guardians are responsible for their children’s actions and must ensure they do not disturb other guests or wildlife.
- Ensure children know how to contact their parent/guardian in case they become separated.
Liability:
- Bandy Canyon Ranch is not liable for accidents or injuries due to inadequate supervision. Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for their children’s safety.
