Pet Policy
We are very pet friendly and are pleased to accommodate your furry friends! To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, please review and adhere to the following pet policy:
Pet Fee:
- A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per stay, will be charged. This fee covers additional cleaning costs.
Pet Limitations:
- A maximum of 2 pets per room is allowed.
Pet Supervision:
- Pets must be supervised and on a leash or in a carrier while in public areas of the Ranch.
Quiet Time:
- Pets should not be left unattended in guest cottages. If left alone, they must be in a crate, and guests must provide a contact number.
Behavior:
- Pets should not disturb other guests. Continuous barking or disruptive behavior may result in guests being asked to find alternative accommodations.
Cleanliness:
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Waste disposal bags are provided at designated areas.
Restricted Areas:
- Pets are not allowed in the pool area, adobe, animal sanctuary, or other restricted areas.
Damages:
- Any damage caused by pets will be assessed and charged to the guest’s account.
Health and Safety:
- Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations. Proof of vaccinations may be required upon request.
